Another Comfort Cafe’ Sample

Today is the sketch challenge at the Stampin’ Queens.

Here is the sketch:

Here is my take on the sketch:

When I looked at the sketch I saw a cute pocket card. This is a super quick and easy way to create a card. Just take a piece of DSP cute 4 1/4″ X 8 1/2″ and fold it in 1/2. Next fold down the top approximately 1″. This is a great technique with the DSP because you will then show the opposite side of the DSP. Attach Sticky strip to the 2 sides and you now have a pocket. Cut a piece of whisper white and mat it on coordinating card stock and slip it inside your pocket. It will also hold a gift card.

When you pull out my inside card you will see I used the Tag punch to create the little tag shown on the sketch. I added the little Dahlia that coordinates with the DSP as a sweet finishing touch to my card.
