Funny Story and Tropical Party Sample

Today in church they are honoring the High School and College Graduates.? Our church does things a little differently which has become a?tradition and fun for all.? The kids all wear their caps and gowns and walk to the front of the church no biggie there, but they also have a picture up on the screen in front of church of?each graduates ?kindergarten picture and then Sr. picture.? Well that’s not so original but what our Pastor does is tell a funny story about each person on stage and doesn’t tell you who he is talking about and you try to figure it out.? This has become a lot of fun and the teenagers don’t know what story their parents have told on them so some are really shocked when they hear their story.?? So when I got the email from the church secretary telling me she needed a story about Nikki I had only 1 story that came to mind.? Well actually 2 but she would be mortified if I told the one. LOL? So here is Nikki’s funny:

Our two oldest children were home alone and my oldest son Will wanted to make a cake (he has a huge sweet tooth) so he picked out a white cake mix?from the cupboard and began to make the cake.? Hmm, he thought 3 egg whites, what’s that mean?? Hey, Nikki it says I need 3 egg whites what does that mean?? She said, “Well you know how they have white and brown eggs in the store, we have white eggs so you’re good” and he proceeded to put in 3 whole “white” eggs.? Needless to say his cake was a little yellow but it still tasted good.? We laugh more at this incident now, because she is going to Michigan State in the Fall Majoring in Dietetics.? She does know the difference now! LOL?

Now on to the Tropical Party Sample:
I’ve been on a Tropical Party roll lately so I thought I’d throw another sample into the mix.? This sample uses the Tropical party stamp set as well as the Island Oasis Designer Series Paper.?
