Beauty of Friendship Stampin’ Up! Bundle is a Real Beauty!

Beauty of Friendship stampin up

It’s Fun Fold Friday and today I have a Vertical Book Binding card to show you featuring the Beauty of Friendship stamp set.  This gorgeous stamp set is sold in a Bundle with the Beautiful Trees Dies.   If you purchase the bundle you will save 10%.  This bundle is part of the Beauty of the Earth Suite of products.

I’ve done this Book Binding fun fold in the past but it was always done horizontally and then I got to thinking why not do it vertically as well.

This card is perfect for anyone on your list.  Simply change the sentiment and you can create this card for so many different occasions.

What I love about this Suite of products is that it can be used for ALL the different Seasons.  You will be able to create beautiful cards all year long with this fun Beauty of Friendship Stampin’ Up Bundle.

On this card I flipped the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper strip over and have the wood grain side showing.  Which do you prefer the woodgrain side or the same print as the rest of the card?

I also thought that the new Tailor Made Tags dies were perfect for this card.  The tree fit perfectly and with the Mossy Meadow Braided Linen Trim from the Mini Catalog it all came together perfectly.

Here is a little sneak peek of the inside of the card.  I stamped one of the trees from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set on the inside as well.

The Color Combination I used on the card came from the Designer Series Paper.  I used Old Olive for the card base and the inks I used were: Old Olive, Early Espresso and Mossy Meadow.

I didn’t supply a Project Sheet for this project but it is really simple to create.  Start with a piece of card stock cut 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ and at 5 1/4″.  Fold on the score lines and secure the 1″ section closed to create the “book binding”.  The Designer Series Paper is 3/4″ X 5 1/4″ and 3″ X 5 1/4″.  The inside Basic White is 3″ X 5 1/4″.
