Beauty of Friendship Stampin’ Up! Bundle is Perfect for All Seasons

Beauty of Friendship Stampin up

The Beauty of Friendship bundle from Stampin’ up! is perfect for all the seasons. You can create cards from Spring – Winter for all different occasions.

It’s Try It Thursday!  Did you give the Paper Strips technique a try yet?  On Tuesday I posted some cards that I made using the New In Colors with the Quiet Meadow bundle.

I really like the colors of Blushing Bride, Early Espresso and Very Vanilla together.  This card makes me think of Spring when all the pretty blossoms are on the trees.

So for today for Try it Thursday I’m using the Strips with the Beauty of Friendship Stampin’ Up! Bundle.

To give more dimension to the Blushing Bride die cut piece of the tree; I used the Blending Brush and the Blushing Bride ink to give it a bit more color.

A simple Hello sentiment from the stamp set makes it a card that can be used for multiple occasions.

I’m really liking this strips technique and how fun it is to do with the different dies and elements.

The little birds are part of the dies that are in the Beauty of Friendship Stampin’ Up! bundle.  I just die cut them out of some Very Vanilla card stock and then just used the Crumb Cake dark blend to do a dot for their eyes.

This card could be used for all the different seasons.   This card makes me think Spring with the Blushing Bride and Brown; for Summer you could do some brighter colors or a rainbow of colors; for Fall you could go with greens, orange, browns; and for Winter you could go with Blues.  I don’t know about you buy my mind is already visualizing all the possibilities.  I’m even thinking of a 3D project with all the Trees for the different seasons.
