Blessed Easter Color Challenge

Today’s card I did for a Color Challenge with the Red Hot Stampers.

The Red Hot Stampers is my group of demonstrators who have signed up with Stampin’ Up! through me. We have a great group of girls who love to share and help each other out. We do this on our personal Red Hot Stampers FaceBook page. We have weekly challenges and discuss upcoming specials and events as well as post our creations.

I want to welcome the newest Red Hot Stampers to the group; Jen S. and Jeanne L.

I would love to have your join our group. All you need to do is go to my website: www.gcalkins.stampinup.net and click on Join the Fun; Join Now. Pick your kit and up to $150.00 worth of products of your choice and pay only $99.00. Any questions; let me know.

A couple of frequent questions:
– Can I get Sale-a-bration products in my kit?
No, the kit is already an excellent value at $99.00 for $150.00 worth of products. You can however get the Sale-a-bration products on your first order as a demonstrator and save 30% if you order is over $150.00.

– Can I go over the $150.00 and pay the difference?
No, your kit can only be up to $150.00 and pay only $99.00.
Again, your first order as a demonstrator will save you 30% (if the order is over $150.00, if it is under $150.00 you save 20%)

– I’ve heard if I sign on I can go to convention this year for FREE?
Yes, that is correct every new demonstrator who has signed on after June, 2013 is eligible to attend convention for FREE this coming July. (You will need to pay for your transportation, hotel and other expenses but the registration for convention is FREE.)

The Challenge last week for the Red Hot Stampers was a color challenge and we had to use Pear Pizzazz, Primrose Petals and Early Espresso ink, card stock, ribbon, brads; anything using those colors.

Here is my card:
Blessed Easter double d bow maker

Yes, it is my stamp set of the month stamp yet again; Blessed Easter #133212 $11.95. What can I say I had a lot of fun with this stamp.

If you haven’t checked out the Blessed Easter Stamp Set of the Month for this month; click on the picture in the right hand side bar for all the details.

The Ribbon is the Primrose Petals 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon #126844 $8.95 and it was tied into a double bow using my son Dean’s Double D Bow Maker. You can also find details on that in the right hand side bar.

The Tulips were stamped in Black Stazon on Whisper White and colored using the Blender pen and the Primrose Petals ink and Pear Pizzazz ink.

The Tulips were punched out using the 2 1/2″ Circle punch and matted onto a Early Espresso circle cut using the Circles Collections Framelits and the Big Shot.
