Celebrate Sunflowers Color Challenge!

Color Challenge! Do you enjoy a Color Challenge? This week I posted a color challenge on my team facebook page Creating with Team Stamp Camp and the color challenge was to use Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry and Shaded Spruce with a neutral. I had a strip of left over Designer Paper and since the Celebrate Sunflower bundle is my featured stamp set this month I went with it. Details are on my blog here: https://wp.me/p59VWq-boq. #stampinup #thestampcamp #celebratesunflowers

The plaid designer series paper piece I used on the front is from the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper Pack I used a couple of days ago on a masculine card.  This was a left over strip from that card.  It doesn’t look so masculine on this card does it?   I guess that’s another reason why I love plaid; because it can go masculine or feminine.

I didn’t use the adhesive sheets on the outline sunflower die cut and just glued the center to the Crushed Curry die cut Sunflower.  I like the look of it not being attached; gives the card a bit more dimension.  The same with the leave branches; they are only secured under the sunflower die cut image.

The Resin Dots were colored with the Dark Blackberry Bliss Bend and then I added some sparkle with the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint.
