Christmas Inlaid Embossing

Sunday, October 31, 2010

Yesterday, I showed you the new Inlaid Embossing technique video using the Leaves #2 die with the Big Shot.   Today I’m going to show you the Inlaid Embossing technique done using the Bundle #2 Special (stamp set Tags Til Christmas and the Ornament punch).

The second picture shows you the Inlaid Embossing better.  I will tell you that I think this technique works best when you use the Naturals Ivory, Confetti White, Naturals White, Whisper White, or Very Vanilla card stock rather than the Brushed Silver.  I think the Brushed Silver is a little thicker and the ornament images didn’t embed into the Silver as well as I like.  But, I still think it is a Beautiful card.  I love the Rhinestone Jewels on this card, it just gives the ornaments the right amount of bling.

I really do love this new technique and you’ll be seeing more cards done with it. 🙂

Have a Great Day!
Glenda
