Coffee & a Card Class

Monday, April 30, 2012

I’ve had emails and questions regarding the Coffee & a Card class; are you still having it; I’m not seeing the cards on your blog etc. Yes, I still have the class every Wednesday either at 10AM or 7PM. I haven’t been posting the cards but I will start again. So here is the card for this week Wednesday’s Coffee & a Card class:

This super cute apron card is more than just a card it can also hold flower seeds or even a gift card to your Mom’s favorite greenhouse or store.

I didn’t have any pretty flower seed packets in the house so I put the radishes in so you can see how it goes. You can easily put in a gift card holder instead of the seed packet.

I got this super cute apron card idea from Lisa Young. Thanks Lisa for the inspiration and sharing your idea!

I featured the retiring Vintage Vogue stamp set #117690 $23.95 wood or #118598 $17.95 clear on my card. The card stock colors are Rose Red and Whisper White. The ink colors are Rose Red, Pretty in Pink, Old Olive and So Saffron. I also used the Retiring Eyelet border punch #119853 $15.95. The thin 1/8″ taffeta ribbon is Pretty in Pink (which is retired) but you could substitute with the Old Olive.

To help you purchase all the accessories and supplies you need I’m offering FREE shipping from Now – Monday, April 30. Today is the last day for the FREE Shipping! I love your card I would love to know how you cut the top of the card to make it the shape of an apron.
