Color Blocking with DSP

I just love the Designer Series Papers (AKA DSP) and I really like to use the Color Blocking technique with them.? This is one version of color blocking and I like the way this?Raspberry Tart Designer Series paper (113975 $9.95)?looks with the Pocket Silhouettes stamp set (111672 $18.95).?

This was one of the cards my new Hybrid Club is making this week.? See what you are missing!? Sign-up soon, you don’t want to miss out next month!

The solid colors of card stock that coordinate?with the Raspberry Tart Designer Series paper?are: Real Red, Rose Red, Cameo Coral, Pretty in Pink and Kiwi Kiss.? For my sample I used Rose Red, Pretty in Pink and Very Vanilla card stock.? The ink colors are Rose Red, Pretty in Pink and Kiwi Kiss.?

The images were stamped on Very Vanilla card stock, then punched out with the 1 1/4″ Square punch, (104400 $15.95). ?I also punched a scallop square (112081 $15.95) out of the Rose Red card stock to set off each stamped square.? The sentiment is from the Sincere Salutations stamp set (115068 $23.95).? Gotta love the Very Vanilla Hodgepodge hardware (112454 $29.95)?and Rose Red Grosgrain ribbon (111366 $4.95).
