Colored Simply Pressed Flower

Monday, July 13, 2014

Today’s card was the last card we did in my Card Club this month. I showed them how to color the Simply Pressed clay with an ink pad and markers.
Crisp Cantaloupe Pressed Clay

We colored the flower with the Crisp Cantaloupe ink pad. All you do is smooch the flower into the ink pad and roll the edges on the ink pad. Finish coloring in the white spaces using the marker.

We used the Bird Builder punch to punch out the little leaves and attached them to the backside of the flower.

When the flower was on the card we used the Crystal Effects to paint over the top to give the flower a beautiful shine when it was dry. We also added a little Pearl to the center.

Here’s the list:

Thanks again for stopping by I hope you enjoyed all the samples this past few days using the Simply Pressed Clay.
