Faux Leather Video

Monday, October 11, 2010

Yesterday, I showed you my wolf card featuring the Faux Leather technique.  I told you I would have a video for you today on how to do the technique and here it is:

Isn’t that a fun and easy technique?  I just love this technique with the “In Wilderness” stamp set, it makes the cards so masculine.

If you would like to purchase the stamp set to create this card you can do that at my website:  gcalkins.stampinup.net.  The number is #117040 $21.95 in wood mount and #120537 $16.95 in clear mount.  The ink that I used was the Early Espresso #119670 $5.95.  The cardstock colors I used was Early Espresso and Kraft.  The sentiment was Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370 $36.95 (This set is a must have in my book, I use it all the time).

Have a Great Day!

    Hi Glenda,
Great Video on a technique that is new to me. Is the fun foam you used white? I’ve never used fun foam and have no idea if it comes in colors other than bright primary colors I’ve seen kids use. Thanks for sharing, this would be perfect for my Dad’s upcoming birthday. jmniffer
