Full of Blessings

Today is the sketch challenge at The Paper Craft Crews blog.

Here is the sketch for this week:

Here is my take on the sketch:

I wanted to focus on the Thanksgiving Holiday so I decided to use the Full of Blessings stamp set #128078 $23.95 or #128081 $17.95 for my focal point on my card. I embossed the wreathe uisng Versamark ink and the Early Espresso Embossing Powder #128980 $4.75 on Very Vanilla card stock. I colored it in with markers and layered it onto Tangerine Tango card stock. I embossed the Give Thanks using Versamark and Gold Embossing powder to give it a little pop. I then popped it up in the center using a dimensional.

The ribbon I used is the Lucky Limeade ruffle ribbon. I thought the tail of the ribbon worked great for my little banner portion of the layout.

I had to get used to the color combination but I think I like it. The colors are Elegant Eggplant DSP, Very Vanilla and Tangerine Tango.

Have a great Day,
Glenda
