Same layout different stamp sets/bundles which do you prefer? Are you a Hey Sports Fan or A Symbols of Fortune Stampin’ Up! fan? Both of these bundles were a part of this month’s Stamp Camp Card Club. My club participants were asked to choose which Card Kit they wanted to receive this month. The majority chose the Symbols of Fortune kit but some chose the Sports Fan kit. Which kit would you choose? These were not a part of the kit just a sampling of products.

Today’s cards were part of a challenge that I am in. We had to Case a Card from the current Mini Catalog. Below is the card we needed to case. What do you think?
My first card was created using the Hey Sports Fan bundle. It has the die in the bundle that is shown on the catalog sample so that is why I went with that.
The Ball Game “ticket” is actually die cut right from the Designer Series Paper. The die fits perfectly so you have lots of sentiments and pictures to choose from. I think this card would be perfect for a teenager or sports fan. Great for a birthday with an actual ballgame ticket inside the card.
I decided to try the sketch again with the Symbols of Fortune bundle as this bundle was a club favorite.
I used the same “ticket” die on the gold foil as well as the Symbols of Fortune Designer Series Paper for this card. The flowers were die cut from the paper as well. So no stamping on either of today’s cards. Everything was from the papers and die cuts.
It might be hard to see in the photo but I added the Polished Dots to the flowers; which makes them look like they have a drop of water on the petals. The ribbon is the White Crinkled Seam Binding ribbon.
