Lacy & Lovely

Monday, May 12, 2014

Last Sunday was my niece’s birthday and I gave her a Thirty-one make-up bag and a flat iron holder. When I went to wrap up the make-up bag I noticed the pattern on it was similar to one of our stamp sets so I decided that’s what I was going to use to make her card.

Here is the make-up bag with finished card:

The stamp set I used was the Lacy & Lovely stamp set #132025 $24.95 or #122887 $17.95 which is on the retired list.

The colors I went with were Melon Mambo, Coastal Cabana, and Summer Starfruit.

Once I got it done I noticed the bag was closer to Strawberry Slush but it still went good together.

Here’s just the card:

Isn’t it so fun when you can see a pattern and use that to create a card. Love it!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
