Mixing Retiring Stampin’ Up! Products With Waves Of The Ocean Collection

Today I’m mixing it up with the Retiring Stampin’ Up! Products and The Waves of the Ocean Collection. This is the perfect paring! You get the gorgeous ocean water prints, blue foils, sentiment, and waves jewels from the collection paired with the Seascape Bundle for a gorgeous Diorama card.   I decided to go with the Seahorse for today’s card instead of the Beta Fish that Sophia used on this card here:

Both of these cards combined these two bundle: Seascape and Waves of Inspiration together to create some beautiful cards.  They mesh together flawlessly!  If you missed the post with Sophia make sure to check it out here.

Today’s fun fold card is a Diorama card.  This is a super easy card to create and it does fold flat for mailing.

The Seascape Bundle is on the Retiring list (find the list below in this blog post).  I will also remind you that the retired list items are WHILE SUPPLIES LAST there are no exceptions!  Some of the stamp sets and dies are already gone for good!  I wouldn’t wait to order your favorites!

To create the fun opening on this card I used the Layering Diorama dies.

You may remember this card I did a while back using these fun products as well.  This was before we got those gorgeous papers from the Waves of the Ocean Collection.  If you would like to watch the video on how this fun and different Diorama card was created you will find it HERE.

Back to today’s Fun Fold Diorama Card.  As you can see there are a few different ways that you can create a diorama card.

Here are the measurements for today’s Diorama card:
Night of Navy Base:  4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″ (2) score at 1/2″ and 1″ from each end.
Designer Series paper: 3 1/4″ X 4″ both the inside and out side piece

From this side view you can see how to fold on those score lines.  I adhered the front and back panels together ONLY to the 1/2″ score line.  This will let you fold it flat for mailing.

I layered my fish and coral using dimensionals and adhere a few behind the front die cut section as well.
