If you tuned in to my Tuesday’s Tips & Techniques Facebook Live last night then you saw me create this fun card using the Painting with Shimmer Paints technique.

If you are a subscriber to my blog; then you will find the PDF file for both of the cards I showed last night in the Subscriber Only Album. The Unlock Code for the Album is in my Stamp Camp Newsletter.

The Shimmer Paint we used for this technique is the Champagne Mist Shimmer paint mixed with Re-inkers.

The Re-inker colors I used were: Melon Mambo, Green Apple, Coastal Cabana, and Mango Melody.

The stamp set I used for both the cards is my featured stamp set for April “All That You Are”. It has the coordinating Frosted Bouquet Framelits and I also paired it with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.

Just a reminder the Frosted Bouquet Framelits are on the LOW Inventory list; so if you wish to create my featured stamp set project and cards this month; I encourage you to order ASAP.

The gorgeous Lovely Lipstick double bow was created using the Bow Maker my son sells; which is available to order in my right hand side bar.

Here is the second card I showed last night:

I created my own pattern paper using the 2 single image flowers from the “All That You Are” stamp set and colored them in with the Shimmer Paint mixed with the Re-inkers.

The sentiment is from the All That You Are stamp set as well and the die cut to cut it out is in the Frosted Bouquet framelits dies.

This technique is so pretty and makes your cards just sparkle and shine. It is a great technique to create you own background papers as well.
