I really wish Stampin’ Up! wouldn’t retire the stamp set Bronc Buster they have so few masculine stamp sets as it is.? I hope they are coming out with more masculine sets in this next new catalog.? The new Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog is only a few short weeks away.? While we patiently wait for the New Catalog to be released I will show you a few of my favorites that are retiring, remember you can still get them until January 18, 2009.

Faux Tile Technique

?

1.?? Fold the Chocolate Chip card stock in ? to create your card.

2.?? Attach the Western Sky Designers Series paper (Retired) to the top portion of your card front.

3.?? Attach the Not Quite Navy strip to the bottom of the Designer paper.

4.? ?On the 3? X 3? Naturals Ivory card stock stamp the cowboy and horse image from the stamp set Bronc Buster using the Chocolate Chip ink.

5.?? Now cut your stamped piece into 1? X 1? squares.? (Make sure you keep your squares in order).

6.?? Attach your squares to the 3 ?? X 3 ?? Chocolate Chip card stock leaving about 1/8? gab between the squares.? Make sure to add your adhesive GENEROUSLY!

7.? Take the VersaMark ink pad and smooch over this entire piece, using the VersaMarker make sure to get in all the spaces good.? Now sprinkle over the Clear Embossing powder and heat set.

8. ?Attach your faux tiled piece to the Not Quite Navy square and attach to the front of your card.

9.? Stamp the Medallion image from the Wanted stamp set in Chocolate Chip ink onto the Naturals Ivory card stock, punch out using the Scallop Circle Punch.?

10. Punch a hole in the center using the 1/16? handheld Circle?Punch.

11. Now smooch the VersaMark ink pad over the entire?medallion and pour on the clear embossing powder and heat set.

12. Punch a star using the star punch out of the Not Quite Navy?card stock and attach to the center of your?medallion using a?vintage brad.? Attach your medallion to the card front using?Stampin? Dimensionals.
