Shoebox Swap

Monday, August 26, 2013

I’ve had a whirlwind of a weekend. I left on Thursday and headed to Okemos, MI for Ronda Wade’s Creative Convention. We had a very fun weekend full of classes, make and takes, and saw some awesome projects. I’ve got some great ideas.

One of the things I participated in was the Shoebox Swap on Thursday night. We had to create 25 of the same card using products from the new catalog or the Holiday catalog and also cut 24 more of the same card for 24 demonstrators to make at the shoebox swap. You put all your supplied needed to make your card in the shoebox and go from table to table creating all the cards. At the end of the night you made 24 cards and received another 24 cards already finished. It was a great time and I got some Awesome cards!

Here is a little sneak peak of the cards I received or made:

This card was made by Judy Walker.

I must apologize because I didn’t get the names of all the demonstrators. So I’m sorry but I do not know who made these beauties.

I have heard from the creator of this beautiful card it was made by Sheryl Spitzley. Thanks Sheryl for letting me know. Great card!
