Silver Best Of Snow

Monday, December 9, 2013

For today’s card I decided to use the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.

Here is the sketch:
FMS Final 115-001

I wanted to use the snowflake from the Best of Snow #134387 $14.95 stamp set. I also wanted to emboss the snowflake in Silver. I decided I needed to turn the sketch on its side.

Here is my take:
Silver Snowflakes Best of

I really like Night of Navy, Silver and White together so that became my color combination. I love the Silver Foil card stock #132178 $3.95 and created my little scallop edge border by using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch #119275 $15.95.

Best of Side View

I used the Modern Label punch on the silver foil card stock and attached 2 brads. Doesn’t it look like a metal tag; Love it!

I also used the Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #132174 $7.95 on my base piece of Night of Navy card stock.

If you would like to order any of the products to make this card please go to my website HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by,
