Snow Festival Designer Series Paper

Wednesday, August 29, 2012

Today is the sketch challenge at Paper Craft Crew.

Here is the sketch for this week:

Here is my take on the sketch:

This card is just about all DSP and card stock with the only stamping being the Merry Christmas sentiment. This is a very quick and easy card that can be done with papers and no stamps.
The DSP I used is the new Snow Festival Designer Series Paper #126908 $10.95 from the Holiday catalog.
The stamp set I used for the Merry Christmas is the coordinating Owl Occasions #128000 $26.95 wood or #128003 $18.95 clear.
To get the little scallop edge I used the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch #119275 $15.95.
The little Owl was punched out of the DSP using the 1 1/4″ Circle Punch #119861 $15.95 and layered on a Gumball Green 1 3/8″ Circle punch #119860 $15.95.
The scallop circle was the 1 3/4″ Scallop Circle #119854 $16.95.
The background of the card front was ran thru the Big Shot using the new Fancy Fan Folder #127751 $7.95.

If you would like to purchase any of the supplies to create this card, please place your order HERE.

Stop by tomorrow for the Online Techniques Class. I will be teaching the Diamond Dust technique tomorrow. Here is a list of the items you will need for the technique: Versamark ink pad, Iridescent Ice Embossing powder and heat tool. This can be done with a solid image stamp or line image stamp.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
