This was a little bit of a tricky sketch but I think my take turned out pretty cute.
I used the Birthday Basics DSP #130145 $10.95 for my squares.
I used the Large Oval punch #119855 $15.95 for the smaller balloon and the Extra Large Oval punch #119859 $16.95 for the other two balloons.
On the bottom of the balloons I used the small heart punch #117193 $5.95.
I then ran my balloons through the Big Shot in the FREE Decorative Dots Sale-a-bration embossing folder.
Attached all my balloons with dimensionals and tied them off with a Bermuda Bay ribbon.
The sentiment is from the Bring on the Cake stamp set #128490 $38.95 or #121958 $27.95.
