The frame is from the Apothecary Accents Framelits die #127003 $24.95. To get the mat you cut a piece of card stock 1 3/4″ x 3 1/4″ and then you punch out (2) 1″ circles for the ends.

The Sentinment is from the Petite Pairs stamp set #122495 $28.95 or #122497 $20.95.
