Stampin’ Up! Everything Eleanor

Tuesday, July 10, 2012

I’m back from vacation and back to stamping for you! I’m working on some new video ideas which I think you are going to LOVE! So stayed tuned for all the details. I’ll be posting them after I’m back from convention.

I know I will be leaving again but I’ll be posting and blogging everyday! I will be leaving next week Tuesday, July 17 and coming back home on Sunday, July 22.

So for today’s sample I used the new Everything Eleanor stamp set to create my card. The sketch I used was for the Try Stampin’ On Tuesday sketch for this week:

Here is my take on this week’s sketch:

I got my color combination from the Floral District DSP. The colors are Baja Breeze, Rich Razzleberry, Rose Red, Tangerine Tango and Whisper White. The stamp set is the Everything Eleanor and the words are from the Petite Pairs stamp set. I stamped the little flower from the Everything Eleanor stamp set onto Baja Breeze card stock using black ink. I cut it out and sponged it with the Baja Breeze ink; then sprayed it with the shimmer paint mixed with alcohol. The pearl in the center was colored using an orange sharpie marker.

Here is a close up of the shimmer:
