Today’s card sample was done for the sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.
Here is my take on the sketch for this week:
Flower Patch

I used the new Photopolymer Flower Patch stamp set for this card and the Petite Petals stamp set and the coordinating framelits and punches.

I used the new Moonlight paper Stack for my color combination and paired it with So Saffron.

The main color is the new Blackberry Bliss card stock and coordinating ribbon.

I have a tip for you when using this stamp set. I was having problems getting a nice clean image using this photopolymer stamp set. What I’ve heard and found was if you placed your card stock on the Stampin’ Pierce Mat #126199 $4.95 and stamp you will get a much nicer image.

These photopolymer stamps do not have that nice little cushion of rubber like our wood and clear mount stamps; this cushion makes all the difference. You could also use a mouse pad to give it cushion.

My mat has a bunch of paper piercing holes in it so a fresh new pad just for the photopolymer stamps is a must have.

Thanks again for stopping by and have a great day!
