Today is the Sketch Challenge at Paper Crafts Crew.

Here is the sketch for this week:

Here is my take on the sketch:

I wanted to use the Prints DSP for my angled strip on the card front so my next decision was what color. When I looked at my new Friendship Preserves stamp set #127910 $21.95 or #127913 $16.95 I noticed the grapes in the thanks a bunch stamp and decided I would go with Elegant Eggplant and Lucky limeade for my color combination. So the base of the card is Elegant Eggplant and the angled DSP is Lucky Limeade. Iused the new Lacy Brocade Textrued Impressions Embossing Folder #127819 $7.95 on the base of my card.

I colored the stamp with the Elegant Eggplant and Lucky Limeade markers. I then cut it out using the Window Frames Framelits collection #129021 $26.95. I also die cut a piece of Lucky Limeade card stock to mat my stamped image on. I took the Festive Paper-Percing Pack #127857 $7.95 to paper pierce a board around my stamped image.

The ribbon behind my stamped image is the Stampable 7/8″ Cotton Ribbon #127844 $7.95 from the Holiday Catalog. I stamped on the ribbon using the Lucky Limeade ink and the Border Banter stamp set #128927 $19.95 or #128930 $14.95.

The 2 brads in the right hand bottom corner are the 3/8″ Designer Printed Brads #122940 $7.95.
