Stampin’ Up! soon to be retired Capture The Good stamp set is the perfect stamp set for cards or scrapbook pages.  Create perfect cards and scrapbook pages to capture your special days.

This was another card I created at the retreat I attended in Texas in February.  The perfect card to brighten someone’s day.  I think just the word smile makes you smile or at least think about smiling.

Do you know anyone who loves old camera’s?  You know the ones that still take actual film that you have to get developed?  Remember those cube style bulbs that went on the top when you needed a flash?  Oh yeah we are talking the old days.  I received my very first camera for my 10th birthday and I thought it was the best thing ever!  My first couple of rolls of film were black and white.

My youngest son Dean is a collector of old camera’s.  For his last birthday we got him all the things needed to create his own dark room and develop his film.  This has been a great hobby for him and for Christmas we all got a framed picture that Dean took with his old style camera’s and developed.

This card reminds me of Dean and I think I’ll send it to him and hopefully brighten his day.  He was laid off from his job as I know many have been during this time and he’s been having a rough time of it.  I think he will appreciate this card and I hope it will put a smile on his face and let him know there will be brighter days ahead!

What a great gift to give to someone you know who is working to take care of other’s during this time.  This would also make a great Mother’s Day Gift or maybe a Thank You gift to Teachers who are still trying to teach online and can’t be with their students in person.  Let all the helpers know you are thinking of them and help to put a smile on their faces.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and God Bless!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
