This is from the Sailing Home Bundle from Stampin’ Up! This bundle has been another one of my favorites. I know you have been seeing many different cards on my blog featuring this bundle and yes, more to come.
Check out this month’s Customer Appreciation PDF file photo. You will see 3 different fun fold cards using this awesome bundle.
Today’s card is a fun fold card; one I’ve done before but it worked well with this stamp set as well.
Here is the video from that previous card that I did with this fun fold. All you need to do is substitute the card stock colors and the stamp set.
You will use just a bit of the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper on this card as well. You can see it in this picture the robe print.
It is hard to see in the photo but the sailboat and the lighthouse were colored in with the Clear Wink of Stella to blend the colors but to also give it some shimmer and shine.
The Sentiment Banner was die cut out of Crumb Cake card stock and the sentiment is from the Sailing Home stamp set. The Banner die is part of the Smooth Sailing Dies.
Today is my dad’s 86th birthday. I should have used a Happy Birthday sentiment on this card; he would have liked this card. I did give him another card I made using the Sailing Home Bundle.
