Stampin’ Up! Thankful Forest Friends

Thankful Forest Friends
This was another one of those cards that started out totally different than what I planned on doing. In fact this was the 3rd try.

This is the new Thankful Forest Friends stamp set from the Holiday catalog. It coordinates with the Into the Woods Designer Series paper and the Into the Woods 3/8″ Cotton Ribbon.

This particular print didn’t appeal to me when I first saw it but I do like it on this card.

I cut the Give Thanks piece out using the Circles Collection framelits dies and matted it onto a Rich Razzleberry Deco Label die cut piece.

The ink colors I used to color the stamp were Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive markers.

I like how the finished card turned out; I guess that’s why they say the 3rd times the charm.
