Today’s card was created with the Magnolia 3D Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up!  Sometimes all you need is just the embossed card stock a sentiment and maybe tie on some ribbon and you have a beautiful card in no time.

Change up the sentiment and you can create this card for any occasion.

I chose the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set.  You will not find the Magnolia Blooms stamp set in the annual catalog; it is from the Beginners Brochure.  This is a special brochure for new stampers to get started in stamping.  Sometimes the big annual catalog can be a bit overwhelming and it is hard to know what to start with stamps? inks? papers?  Where to begin.  The brochure helps the new stamper by offering kits, suggestions for cards, from beginners up to a bit more advanced with adding Watercolor pencils to a bundle of products.  If you are new to stamping and would like to check out the Beginners Brochure Email me and I would be more than happy to send you the brochure.

The gorgeous ribbon on this card is the Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon.  This ribbon is fun to work with because if you want it a bit kinky all you have to do is heat it with the heat tool and it will start to kink up.
