The Open Sea

Wednesday, May 21, 2014

Today is the sketch challenge at Paper Craft Crew.

Here is the sketch for this week:
PCCCS 73-103-008

Here is my take on the sketch:
Open Sea

When I looked at this sketch I knew right away I wanted to use the Chevron Border Punch. I also wanted to use the Open Sea stamp set.

The color combination was from the DSP which set the tone for my card.

I used a lot of framelits on this card. I used the Circle’s Collection, The Starburst Framelits, and the Label Card thinlits.

The Anchor and the Ship were cut out by hand and popped up using dimensionals.

Just a fun card that could be used for Father’s Day or a Birthday.

Thanks again for stopping by and have a great day!
