Timeless Tulips and Two Tone Stamping

The timeless tulips is the perfect stamp set to do the two tone stamping technique. Details are on my blog here: https://wp.me/p59VWq-aXo . #stampinup #technique #thestampcamp #tulips

Timeless Tulips stamp set and the Two Tone stamping technique go perfect together.  Last week I showed you how to do this technique and I forgot to show you this card I created during the live event.  So I thought I’d show you today and you will also find the video down below in this post.

On this card I used the Highland Heather and the Gorgeous Grape inks to create the two tones on these tulips.

This view gives you a little look inside my card; yup a simple single tulip to decorate the inside.

The Happy Mother’s Day sentiment is part of the Timeless Tulips stamp set.  I die cut it out using the Stitched Nested Labels dies and created the mat using them as well.

The Pearls were colored with the Highland Heather Dark Blends.

In the video I also showed how to get the speckles of Highland Heather ink on the background.  It is a super easy technique and I think gives the card a little bit of a wow factor.

I haven’t made a card with the other Tulip colors that I created during the video; I still need to work on that.  I would say my favorite color combination of all the tulips is the Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay.  The other color combinations I tried in the video were Balmy Blue and Pacific Point, Rococo Rose and Lovely Lipstick, Mango Melody and Poppy Parade.  What color combination is your favorite?

What a great gift to give to someone you know who is working to take care of other’s during this time.  This would also make a great Mother’s Day Gift or maybe a Thank You gift to Teachers who are still trying to teach online and can’t be with their students in person.  Let all the helpers know you are thinking of them and help to put a smile on their faces.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and God Bless!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
