Valentine Treat

Saturday, February 4, 2012

Today I have a super quick and easy Valentine treat holder for you.

These treat holders were made using the little cello bags from the Holiday Mini catalog; well you are in luck because they have been carried over and are still available to purchase. I inserted a piece of licorice and closed the top. I cut 2 hearts using the new hearts framelits and the Big Shot and attached to the front and backside of the candy using mini glue dots. Using the I Heart Hearts stamp set and the Real Red ink I stamped the Friend heart and punched it out using our large heart punch. I then stamped Happy Valentine’s Day from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set and punched it out using the word window punch. I punched a tiny heart from the glimmer red card stock and stuck that to the front using a mini glue dot.

How easy is that? You and your kids can have a lot of fun making these quick and easy treats up.

Have a great day!
Glenda

Glenda, I love all your cards. I just got through making 52 valentine treats for my 2 granddaughter (half of them made with red licorice like you did). Now I have to update my blog to you and others can see what I have been doing this week. TFS.
