Vellum

November 24, 2008

For today’s post I decided to post a card using vellum.? I embossed the “let it snow” stamp onto the white card stock vellum using Black Craft Ink and Black embossing powder.? To color it in I colored on the backside; this gives it a more stained glass kind of feel.? When attaching vellum to your card you either want to use brads, eyelets, ribbons etc. because if you use adhesive it will show thru.? In this card I used the Soft Subtles blue brads and attached my vellum to a piece of Whisper White card stock and then again onto Tangerine Tango.? This was one of the Christmas cards from the last all embossing stamp a stack class.?
