Weekend Happenings with Stampin’ Up! Promotions:

This past weekend my granddaughter’s came over for a visit.  As always Sophia asked if we could stamp.  I said Okay and we headed into my stamping room.  I had the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine (20% off) out on my table as I’m getting ready for BINGO night this week Wednesday and will be demonstrating it.  Sophia took one look and said, “look grandma just my size!”  She had to make a card and I had the new Waves of the Ocean paper on my desk as that was Friday’s one sheet wonder collection.  She said she needed to stamp fish for the paper and they had to be yellow fish; which to my surprise the backside of the waves paper we were using was yellow!  I pulled out the Seascape Bundle (20% off ) so she could die cut her fish.

Sophia was pretty adamant that her baby fish had to be following the Momma fish; even though the one is turned in the other direction it is still behind her Momma.  She was happy with her card and proceeded to die cut more fish with the glitter paper and then it turned into punching.   I think she is my junior demonstrator in waiting; hopefully when she is 18 she’ll feel the same way about stamping and want to join my team.

Also, this happened this weekend as well:

Grandma helped her assemble it. She basically die cut everything and told me how she wanted it. We popped up everything except the “grass” she called it.
