The Winter Woods stamp set is the perfect set for Christmas cards.  I love Night of Navy and Whisper White together and I also love to emboss on my Christmas cards.  This card fits both those loves.  The embossed trees from the Winter Woods stamp set make this look like an icy White Christmas scene.

I used the Stitched Rectangles to die cut out my trees and then matted them onto a stitched rectangle Whisper White piece as well.  Then I popped the whole thing up onto my Whisper White card base using dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set and I hand cut around the sentiment and then added it to the strip of Whisper White card stock that I flagged each end using the tailored tag punch.  I popped this up over the top of the tree trunks using dimensionals.

To finish off my wintery scene I added the Rhinestones for some sparkle and bling.

I’m thinking of adding some splatters of white to give it a really wintery look; I can achieve this by using the Whisper White Craft Ink Refill and the Aquapainter and splatter the card stock.

I could also mix the Champagne Shimmer Paint with Alcohol in a Stampin’ Spritzer and give the whole card a shimmery sparkle appearance.

Hmmm… What do you think I should do to my card?  Let me hear your thoughts and I’ll give them a whirl.  We can create a card together.

Glenda I think it’s a very classy card and would keep the rhinestones on it. Makes it more Christmas feeling.!!!

Very nice card. I love navy and white also. Seeing that grouping of trees makes me think that a sympathy card / thinking of you card could be made out of this.
