Stampin’ Up! Tea Shoppe

Sunday, April 15, 2012

Today is the Red Hot Stampers sketch challenge and here is the sketch:

I decided I wanted to use the Tea Shoppe stamp set #125545 $34.95 wood or #125547 clear on my card. Well because the tea cup was a little large I decided to turn the sketch. My next decision was the colors to use. I decided I wanted to use the Flirtatious Specialty DSP #122360 $12.95 and particularly the Wisteria Wonder lacey piece. So my monochromatic card was formed. I also used the little doily pieces for the Specialty DSP by cutting out a Melon Mambo doily and flipping it over I now had a white doily. The polka-dotted Wisteria Wonder DSP is from the Sweet Shop package of DSP #125408 $12.95.

I know it is missing 1 element to the sketch but I liked it better this way. I also used the 5/8″ White Organza Ribbon #114319 $5.95. The triple bow was made using the Double “D” Bow Maker. If you haven’t heard about this yet; click on the picture in my right hand side bar.

Head on over to the Red Hot Stampers blog and see all the other cards done using this sketch.

Have a great day and Happy Stamping!
