Today’s blog post and video is by Bill, Dean and Neil ( Glenda’s husband and two sons). Glenda went to help our daughter move 1000 miles to North Carolina and we thought we would give her a break and help out with the card for today. If anything, it’s worth a good laugh.
Glenda achieved the Stampin’ Up! incentive trip and took all of us with her in May. We were gone over Mother’s Day, so we never had a chance to give her a proper Mother’s Day card.
So, surprise mom! Here’s your late Mother’s Day combination Thank You card for all of the world to see! We are all so proud of you for achieving the Stampin’ UP! incentive cruise. We had a ball and it was a great family vacation! Thank you for being a wonderful wife and mother to our children and at this very moment, you dropped everything to make sure our daughter got to N. Carolina safely and help her get settled into her new life. We’ve raised a wonderful family together and this is our chance to thank you for everything you do for us!
Dean, the cameraman, does most of the work on the card. Over the past few years, as he films Glenda’s videos, he has also learned techniques. He will use some of these techniques to make this card. Neil is our award winning coloring expert. We will utilize his skills for any coloring that needs to be done. My job is to simply let them come up with a card, help them find what they need and videotape it.
Happy Belated Mother’s Day, Thank You for all You Do and We Love You!

This is wonderful. What a great creation and beautiful card. Mom is going to love it. Dean, you will be an engineer or architect some day I believe. The use of the pencil and ruler was perfect. Neil, gorgeous coloring. Glad you used your preschool skills. Bill, great job videoing and encouring the boys. I know Glenda is going to enjoy watching this over and over. Maybe you all could surprise her even more and clean up her work space before she returns from North Carolina. Imagine the look on her face when she sees a clean table with the card in the center. Great job Guys.
aaaahhhh….it’s a love thing to make a card as so devine as these are! your mom is going to be so proud (not that she isn’t already!) thanks for sharing
I had a big grin on my face throughout the whole video. It is absolutely precious. I’m sure Glenda will look at it over and over for many years to come. Way to go guys for making your Mom the best Mother’s Day gift she will ever receive.
I too had a smile on my face while watching your sons make a card for you……awesome!!!
