New Way of Joining – How the New Process Works
Step 1: Join
New demonstrators will:
- choose a team leader.
- accept required agreements.
- enter a few personal details.
- pay $100 USD | $135 CAD.
- click submit.
What’s included for my $100 USD | $135 CAD?
You’ll receive the Get Started Bundle, which includes:
- a coupon code valued at $125 USD | $170 CAD.
- an 8-pack of catalogs.
About the Coupon Code
- Coupon code can be applied to any demonstrator order.
- Order can exceed the coupon code value.
- Any amount above the coupon code value:
- receives the demonstrator discount.
- counts toward the quarterly sales minimum.
- earns Stampin’ Rewards if it meets the qualifying purchase amount.
- counts toward the team leader’s direct-level sales.
Step 2: Shop
Once their information has been reviewed and approved (usually very quickly), their Welcome Box ships (see below for details), and the new demonstrator receives an email with:
- their demonstrator ID.
- a coupon code to begin shopping.
Relevant Policy Updates
- Demonstrators who drop must wait 45 days to rejoin.
- After the 45-day waiting period, demonstrators can rejoin under any team leader.
Additional perk for new demonstrators
- New demonstrators may add eight free catalogs to any order.
Introducing the Welcome Box
As part of the new join process, we’re introducing an elevated onboarding experience. All first-time demonstrators (beginning July 1, 2026) will receive a surprise Welcome Box—a gesture of appreciation and a warm welcome into the global Stampin’ Up! creative community.

New demonstrators are encouraged to make and share these cards—especially with the eight complimentary catalogs they receive—to help spread the word about their new demonstratorship. (This is optional you can keep the cards for yourself or send them out with the catalogs.)
Important Notes
- The Welcome Box is exclusive to first-time demonstrators. Beginning July 1, 2026, anyone joining for the first time will receive a Welcome Box.
- Rejoining demonstrators will receive all other joining perks (including the coupon code) but not a Welcome Box.
