Today is Nikki’s first Bridal shower and this is the card I made to go with her gift.
The colors came from the wrapping paper. Bill & I bought the gift at Bed Bath & Beyond and when we checked out the cashier said you can wrap it for free in our courtesy wrapping area. Hmmm Okay saves having to buy wrapping paper and its free.
If they have camera’s in the store watching the wrappers I’m sure they got a big laugh watching Bill and I wrap this gift; Oh My Gosh! It took us two tries and it was still a mess! They also provided purple tulle so I wrapped that around the gift as well to try and make it pretty and cover up the wrapping. LOL
So the wrapping paper was white and silver and the tulle was purple; thus the purple, silver, white and black card.
Let’s just say the card turned out way better than the wrap job; hopefully the gorgeous card will draw the eyes away from the wrapping!
