Yesterday was a great day! We started off the day by going to church and the congregation said prayers for our son Neil who is leaving for the Marine’s boot camp next Sunday.
We also got to welcome home our daughter and son-in-law. Zach just ended 8 years in the Marines and now they are home in Hudsonville again ready to begin the next chapter in their lives.
We had a nice dinner and then had a Stop By and Say Goodbye to Neil party.
My friend Christi made a delicious cake and gluten free cupcakes for the party.
The cake was delicious and got rave revues. I couldn’t eat the cake but the gluten free cupcakes were delicious as well!
It was a great day!
