Stampin’ Up! Two Tags Box

Saturday, September 18, 2010

If you have never been to my blog before then you probably don’t know about the Birthday BINGO game that I have going on right now.  If you would like to play along see this post here:  http://thestampcamp.com/09/09/birthday-bingo/ .

Here is the BINGO piece for today:

This past week was my Big Shot Club and one of the dies that was featured was the Two Tags Die.  Here is a basket made using the Two Tags die:

This is the full size of the tag, where the Designer Series Paper strip is; is where the score line was on the tag.  The slit at the top of the tag is a great slit to slide the basket handle thru and the hole already in the die gives you a place to put your Glitter Brad thru to hold your handle in place.

Here is a side view of the Basket:

On this picture you can see I made a box and the Two Tags are sandwiched on the outside of the box.   To create the box take a piece of card stock and cut it 5 1/2″ X 7 1/2″  with the 5 1/2″ side against the top of your cutter score at 1 ” and at 4 1/2″.  Now turn your card stock and with the 7 1/2″ side against the top of your cutter score at 3 1/4″ and then again at 4 1/4″.  Now cut in on the center score lines from the outside to the first score line; fold the center tab up; fold one side in and the other side over the top and stick closed with sticky strip.  You now have your little box, just attach your decorated Two Tags die to each side of the box using Sticky Strip.  Attach your basket handle thru the slit on the tag and then put a brad thru the tag hole.  A cute little basket to fill with candy, chap stick, lip stick, hand lotion you get the idea.

Have a Great Day!
Glenda

Great little treat holder. I’ve seen several with the Two Tags Die but none like this. Thanks for sharing!
