I was issued a Color Challenge so I decided to combine it with my Simple Stamping Masking Technique.  I demonstrated this technique last week Thursday night on my FaceBook page and YouTube Channel.  If you missed this live event you can watch the replay below in this blog post.

The stamp set I used in the video as well as on these two cards is the Beautiful Friendship.

The Color Challenge was to use:  Black, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive

Which card do you like best?   I’m partial to the Cherry Cobbler roses versus the Daffodil Delight roses.  The card sizes are 4 1/4″ X 4 1/4″; so yes a square card.  These do fit in a standard size envelope and take the regular stamp.  What is nice is that these cards are 1 layer so no bulk and no added postage.

I forgot to mention that the sentiment on these cards is from the So Sentimental stamp set.

I also prefer the cherry cobbler roses, although the yellow roses are beautiful too! Have a great day!
