What is simple stamping?
- Create a quick and easy 1 layer card.
- Stamps, Inks and card stock and no layering.
- Simple enough for the beginner stamper.
I decided to go with a Simple Stamping card today instead of a sketch challenge because I challenged my team of demonstrators to create a simple stamping card. If I made a challenge I thought it was only right that I did the challenge as well; don’t you think?
I’m really hoping for some warmer Spring like weather here in Michigan so I decided to go with the Tulips and stamp them in a variety of colors. I used Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo and Real Red. The leaves and stems are Granny Apple Green. What do you think? Are you thinking Spring?
I had a hard time with not putting any bling on the card so I decided to add a bit of splattering with the Black Memento Ink Refill and the watercolor pen filled with water.
Any of the sentiments from the stamp set would work out well; I just needed a get well card. Hoping it will cheer up the recipient and make them feel better.
