Look What Came in the Mail Yesterday!

Thursday, November 18, 2010

Don’t you just love it when you go to the mailbox and inside is a surprise for you.  Well yesterday was just that kind of day for me.  I went and grabbed the mail and inside was a card hmm I thought, I don’t remember anyone sending me a check for an order or anything, wonder what this is.  The return address was from one of the gals in my downline Christi.  It must be a card but why was she sending me a card it wasn’t my birthday or anything.  So I feverishly opened it up before even going into the house and this was the beautiful card I pulled out of the envelope:

Isn’t this just gorgeous!  I love it!  I wish you could see it in person it is so pretty.  Inside was a special note she wrote to me.   Thanks so much Christi you made my day!

As I walked into the house with my bills and my beautiful card  I thought, Wow I can’t believe all the wonderful friends I’ve met along the way in my Stampin’ Up! journey.  If it wasn’t for Stampin’ Up! I would never have met some of the people I know and am best friends with today.  Becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator for me has opened up many new and wonderful doors and opportunities for me.  I tell everyone who comes to or has a workshop with me that I have been stamping for 14 years and been a demonstrator for 7 years; and that I wish I would have signed on 14 years ago because I would have saved myself a lot of money.  Yes, that is true but I think the best thing I receive from being a Demonstrator is the new friendships I’ve made along the way.  I have friends in other states that I talk with on the phone, send cards to and email back and forth whom I know I would have never met if not for Stampin’ Up!

So what are you waiting for join me and my group of girls today. 🙂  You can’t possibly get a better deal on all the supplies you will get in the starter kit at a craft store.  No coupons necessary $87.50 no questions asked.  Bonus it is shipped right to your front door!
