Today I have more stamping techniques with the Sale-a-bration Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper. Yesterday I showed you a sample with the watering can from the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle and today I’m bringing in the actual rain boots. I stamped the rain boots on the Coastal Cabana Marbleous paper and the flower buds on the Flirty Flamingo Mableous paper. You can really see the marble effect on the boots; and I like that because it gives them character and the look like they have been worn while gardening.
The sentiment is from the stamp set but the die cut I used is from the Love & Happiness bundle. I colored the rhinestones with the light Bermuda Bay In Color and added them to the sentiment die cut and the side of the boot.
The background piece is embossed with the Gingham Embossing Folder.
We got a lot of rain here in Michigan yesterday melting away the snow but leaving lots of water in the fields and ditches. My little rain boots card were perfect for the weather here.
If you missed yesterday’s card post using the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle and the Sale-a-bration Simply Marbleous paper; here is a picture of what you missed.
Kind of a nice little ensemble don’t you think?
