Yesterday my friend Christi stopped over to pick up an order and borrow some stamp sets. When she came she brought me a little Easter treat and a lovely Easter card.
Isn’t this cute! She used the Bird punch to create the little chick. The grassy bottom is from the Pocket Silhouettes stamp set #111672 $18.95. The treat holder is basically the matchbox fold. She used the Wide oval punch to punch a window for the treat to show through. The pretty lacey border at the top was done using the Eyelet border punch and it also has the new Daffodil Delight Seam Binding ribbon which is available now as part of the Summer Smooches collection. To view the Summer Smooches details click on the image in the right hand side bar.
I really like this color combination; black, white and pear pizzazz. Just a beautiful card. You can make this for any occasion really; just change up the ribbon and brad for some you have on hand and you have a gorgeous card for any occasion.
Check back tomorrow for some more Easter things.
Happy Stamping and Have a Great Day!

So cute! I made those to hold my nieces Easter treats in them as well! You can find the tutorial on Michelle Last’s Blog
