Hurricane Update!? I received a notice from the Hotel staff.? Hurricane Felicia has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm.? The forecast calls for Oahu to start feeling the effects of the storm at about noon today with expected heavy rains and sustained winds of approxmately 30 to 35 mph.
