This is my final fall themed cards featuring the Wood Carved Background and the Changing Leaves embossing folder technique. I have been showing lots of cards using this embossing folder technique, can you tell I was hooked on it? This was an old technique that I brought back to show my team during our last meeting. It was my turn to do the stamping demonstrations and I had embossing folders. When I went and did my research on techniques that you can do with embossing folders I found 14 videos that I did that involved embossing folders. I have added the video on the wood carved background technique down below in this blog post. This video is 4 years old so be nice to me.
Isn’t this the perfect fall themed card, with the rich earth tones in the wood carved background and the leaves. I stamped the leaves using Mossy Meadow onto Mossy Meadow cardstock and the Cajun Craze ink onto Cajun Craze cardstock and then die cut them and embossed them using the Hybrid Changing Leaves embossing folder.
The circles that I used behind my leaves were from the Stylish Shapes dies.
On this view of the card you can see the carved wood background better and the planks that I created with the scoring blade. This is just a half of a piece that I cut off from one of my other cards.

The folders and stamp sets used in this video are no longer available, but the embossing folder stamping techniques are still doable with folders, stamp sets, and supplies you currently have on hand. Enjoy!
Can you tell I was having fun creating embossing folder techniques for a variety of cards both fall themed cards and Christmas cards. Oh, wait there is more to come!
