The little sparkle Drops in the center are from the Glitter Enamel Dots pack. So pretty and I love all the different colors in the pack; Coastal Cabana, Gorgeous Grape, Granny Apple Green, and Melon Mambo. You could create this card in all 4 of the different colors.

The card base and the ribbon is the Lovely Lipstick.
