Today is the Cameraman’s Birthday. Wow, 14 years old today! Where has the time gone? I’ll show you some pictures tomorrow of his gluten free chocolate cake and the Birthday boy himself.
For today’s post I have a few cards to show you that I made at a Stamping Class I attended last night. Yes, you read that right a Stamping Class I took. My downline Sara is a fabulous sponger (I’m not sure if that is an exact term but she is); her cards are simply beautiful and she was having a Northern Lights sponging class last night so I signed up. Yes, even I take classes; you might not believe this but most demonstrators do take classes in one form or another.
Here is my finished grouping of Northern Lights cards:
I think they turned out pretty nice; and you didn’t see the instructors cards so I’m sure you think they are pretty nice as well. LOL
Here is a close up of the back two cards:
On this card we used the Walk In The Wild stamp set #130354 $19.95 or #130357 $14.95 and the Wetlands stamp set #126695 $21.95 or #126697 $16.95.
The colors we used on all the cards is: Pistachio Pudding, Pool Party, Pacific Point and Night of Navy.
On this card we used the Lovely as a Tree #128655 $27.95 or #127793 $19.95.
The sentiment on all the cards is from the Hostess Exclusive set Express Yourself #130336 $15.00 Hostess Dollars or #130339 $11.00 Hostess Dollars.
This was a fun class to take and I think I’ll be offering something like this to my customers in the near future.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Glenda

Best example I’ve seen of this technique. Could we get a tutorial? I’ve seen one or two, but none manage to make it look this good.
Yes! We need the tutorial! Love the effect.
